Fantastic Staff – Kajal and Vismay
My stay at Premier Inn has been excellent, thanks to Kajal and Vismay, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, Kajal greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Both Kajal and Vismay were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making my experience comfortable and enjoyable throughout my stay. Their outstanding customer service is a real credit to the hotel.

Stayed here only lasted one night we were booked in for 3 nights . This hotel is not clean mould in first room got moved to another room found more mould. U can’t open a window so we had no air and a room with mould my wife got sick we moved to the travel lodge on seafront which was amazing and clean and mould free ! Staff were amazing though friendly and welcoming food good
Good room, bit tired, but its a premier inn - its clean, its central, the food is good, and the staff excellent. Very easy to find, even with a very small frontage. Not too far of a walk from the station, or to the sea front. Good amenities in the room, and you know what you are getting. Its great to lay your head at night - im on 5th floor, and the windows dont open at all. Probably to defer smoking/vaping/jumping. There is air con in the room, but its not overly effective. Would have liked to be able to open the window even a crack as I get overly hot.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
We arrived and found the initial room given to us was in the middle of maintenance. Was given a new room where the curtains were riddled with mould, was put in a new room that’s again had mould growing. My husband ended up going into 20+ rooms with a staff member trying to find on that was mould free. It ended up being 9:30pm by the time we were able to find a room that was mould free but had a strong smell of mould cleaner, we accepted the room as by that point our 10 month old was overtired and screaming. We couldn’t open the windows to try and get rid of the smell as they would not open. We contacted customer service the day we checked out to make a complaint as the standard of cleaning in the rooms were so poor and it took them 3 weeks to respond with an incredibly poor response.
The only good thing about this hotel is that the staff working in it are absolutely lovely and honestly did the best they could with the situation.
This hotel is genuinely a health hazard and I highly recommend you avoid it if you can.

I was here last year (2025) and things were good and what I expected from an English hotel (room and restaurant service). However, this year (2026) things get worse, in the bathroom there was a dent in the bathtub. In the mate’s room a window was broken and no one repaired while we’ve been in the hotel. The restaurant service was horrible. During the breakfast time was good but at dinner time.. no words. One day we needed to wait almost an hour to receive our food and we were 6 people at all. There’re few waiters and they can’t cope with the registration, the bar and delivering food. If I need to choose, I couldn’t recommend this hotel and go to another.
